As a Sales Manager at P&G, candidate will be in charge for maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with customer by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives. Candidate will develop a keen understanding of product categories and markets. Whilst building the plans, job holder will not only develop negotiating and sales skills, but also financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding.
Responsibilities of Sales Manager
- Developing and maintaining a productive long term relationship with customers.
- Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements, shoppers, categories and market.
- Adapting and optimizing country commercial guidelines to specific client.
- Negotiating contracts, promo plans and innovations.
- Preparing volume forecast and plans.
- Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments.
- Resolve any issues and problems of clients and act as a link between customer and the internal teams.
Requirements for Role of Sales Manager
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales (preferably in FMCG).
- A UAE National.
