As a Sales Manager at P&G, candidate will be in charge for maintaining and expanding a long-term partnership with customer by continuously proposing solutions and plans that meet their objectives.  Candidate will develop a keen understanding of product categories and markets. Whilst building the plans, job holder will not only develop negotiating and sales skills, but also financial & marketing skills, analytical insights and logistical understanding.

Responsibilities of Sales Manager

  • Developing and maintaining a productive long term relationship with customers.
  • Acquire a deep understanding of  customer needs and requirements,  shoppers, categories and market.
  • Adapting and optimizing country commercial guidelines to specific client.
  • Negotiating contracts, promo plans and innovations.
  • Preparing volume forecast and plans.
  • Collaborating very closely with teams from other departments.
  • Resolve any issues and problems of clients and act as a link between customer and the internal teams.

Requirements for Role of Sales Manager

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Sales (preferably in FMCG).
  • A UAE National.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

  • Born leader and are passionate to make things happen, collaborating well with diverse groups of people.
  • Have an external focus and a real passion for Sale /Marketing.
  • Like to bring creativity & innovation to work.
  • Strong analytical thinking and skills.
  • English fluency, Arabic is a plus.
