Responsibilities of Sales Manager
- Lead and motivate a team of Key Account Managers to surpass revenue, profit and brand distribution targets.
- Engage in high-level contract negotiations to expand market share and optimize revenue and profits.
- Conduct formal quarterly reviews with top accounts, ensuring alignment with annual plans and addressing variances.
- Strengthen senior customer relationships to maximize revenue potential and collaborate with the Wine team to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements for Role of Sales Manager
- University degree and WSET qualification (preferably WSET Level 3 or higher).
- A minimum of 5 years in sales, with 3 years in a relevant On Trade environment (5-star hotels, bars, restaurants, nightclubs).
- 3 years experience in team management.
