Sales Manager in Automotive Aftermarket Parts at Alfahim in 68XP+JJ6, Sheikh Rashid Rd, Dubai, UAE will drive sales and achieve profitability targets for CM&E Aftermarket Parts business in Northern Emirates set by the Management. Implement annual business plans, manage staff, execute marketing initiatives/campaigns, manage sales inventory and lead the team to maximize business revenue. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 20000-40000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Sales Manager
- Strategy & Planning: Assist in the development of annual business plan, financial, man power budget & strategy in line with the overall department plans and objectives.
- Execute action plans to control budgets and overhead costs to ensure revenue targets are meet.
- Assure full involvement and engagement of department managers for effective planning.
- Business Development: Drive sales and increase margin turnover while minimizing the variable cost base in line with targets.
- Execute the approve sales plan is cascad to the team, set individual targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to maximize sales and profit targets set for integrated retail shops.
- Assist in preparation of annul marketing plans, initiatives & campaigns.
- Execute distinct sales channels management processes aiming to ensure targeted return on investment.
- Operations: Ensure clear and strong flow of communication is maintain between the teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders and the management of delivery function.
- Ensure customers’ receivables are in line with Group’s credit facility policy by following up on timely collection and due settlement.
- Actively participate in order planning and ordering in line with sales forecast to ensure it is aligned with assigned budget and sales forecast.
- Inventory Management: Manage adequate stock levels are maintained at all times complying with the given thresholds while balancing business demand against carrying cost for the purpose of maximizing profits.
- Ensures inventory is control and manage as per the required standards. Review and analyze stock discrepancies.

- Customer Service & Retention: In line with the Automotive division and Principal’s guidelines, implement customer retention strategy by implementing new ideas to retain customers.
- Analyze sales satisfaction index results, understand the root causes & ensure actions are in place, to proactively manage the customer expectations.
- Team Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, coach, counsel, provide support and necessary tools.
- Create and ensure implementation of training plans and programs to enable team to accomplish their tasks in efficiently.
- Coordinate with the HR department/ senior manager for recruitment (internal/external) as required.
Requirements for Role of Sales Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or equivalent.
- 8 – 10 years of minimum experience in sales within automotive parts industry. Out of which 2 years should be on Managerial level.
