Multiproduct Sales Manager Emirates NBD is responsible to lead the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve targets across multiple product lines, while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities of Multiproduct Sales Manager

  • Sales of Credit Card, Personal Finance and Bank Accounts in retail banking and Cross selling of other bank products when required.
  • Ensure ASM’s check and approve applications sourced by team members (RBE’s) before submission to support team.
  • Ensure ASM’s call customers who apply for bank products to verify important information, T&C’s, charges, TAT etc.
  • Assist team members in meeting customers to facilitate sale, company listing and for any other requirement as applicable.
  • Enforce and ensure team adherence to banks service standards so as to ensure best in class customer service and experience.
  • Follow the laid down policies and procedures of the bank.
  • Collate team data about customer feedback, market pulse, lost data etc. and any other data point or process as required by the unit/bank and take it up with management for review.

What You’ll Do More?

  • Achieve assigned team monthly sales targets of credit cards, personal finance products and bank accounts.
  • Drive cross selling of other bank products when required.
  • Supervising KIOSK set up by the bank in different locations / companies/ malls.
  • Completion of all the required internal & external trainings on products, systems, processes and selling skills conducted in house and by L&D team.
  • Provide ideas, suggestions for prospective projects on improving sales, efficiency, process, service standards etc.
  • Ensure team adherence to bank policies, processes, code of conduct and compliance guidelines.
  • Assist team members in internal follow up’s with stakeholders such as support team, RCC, product team etc. for approvals, exceptions, deviations, field visits.
  • To report/maintain team data on customer feedback, market pulse and any other data point or process as required by the unit/bank.

Requirements of Multiproduct Sales Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field like Finance, Accounting, Banking, or Business.
  • Minimum work experience 8 years.
  • Minimum sales experience 5 years.
  • Banking – Retail products sales experience.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Knowledge of local market, credit, and bureau functionality.
  • Selling/networking skills & pleasant personality.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
