Responsibilities of A Field Sales Manager

• Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives in the field to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence.
• They also analyze market trends, provide feedback to the company, and drive revenue growth through effective field sales operations.
• Prepares business plan to increase the genuine parts sales to overseas customers.
• Plans for visiting the countries where there is a potential market for getting new customers, taking into consideration every country requirements.
• Implements new strategies depending on the customer’s country situation in order to improve the sales.
• Provides the customers with all the necessary assistance and expedite the response to their requests.
• Direct and supervises the sales staff team to enhance their service to the customers.
• Studies the market situation and competitors’ pricing and specs on a daily basis to avoid any lost sales potentials.
• Follow up the customer accounts and payments.
• Follow up with all the concerned parties to fulfill the shipping process to the customer country/site.
• Follow up with the concerned brand manager about the customer order status and delivery date.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/ Sales & Marketing or any other relevant major.

Experience

• 5-8 years experience in Automotive Industry.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Good Communication & Negotiations Skills.

• Leadership Skills.
• Arabic is preferable.
