B2B Pre Sales Manager GCC Air Conditioning (MENA) at Samsung Electronics will be responsible to develop and manage business opportunities, assist sales subsidiaries and branch offices by evaluating market potentials and identifying growth drivers, monitor competition and formulate strategies, and penetrate key developers and consultants. Duties of B2B Pre Sales Manager

  • Research, and analyse the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities for business expansion.
  • Lead small & medium businesses’ productivity & strategy to drive customer growth.
  • Maximize B2B sales opportunities for air conditioners by employing technical sales tactics in promoting company products and services.
  • Execute the business development strategy and growth plan.
  • Effectively collaborate with sales subsidiaries and branch offices to evaluate all channel partners, dealers & distributors within the region.
  •  Manage the Spec-In activities by differentiating the company’s products and services, and overseeing other activities such as proposals presentations.
  • Use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a B2B Pre Sales Manager GCC Air Conditioning (MENA) are as under:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
  • 8+ Years of experience with VRF market knowledge in GCC, Saudi Arabia.

Knowledge & Skills Desired

  • Strong VRF Product knowledge.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English.
  • Ability to analyse the market with Numbers & link it with the required strategy
  • Excellent Presentation and training skills (Strong Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel skills are mandatory).
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, team player with strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Able to foster relationships with Internal and regional stakeholders to be able to, achieve goals.
  • Able to navigate a global corporate organization and deal with high-pressure situations.
  • Able to deal with multi-working styles personalities & nationalities.
