The Ecommerce Country Manager at BFL Group in TechnoPark, Dubai, UAE will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of an e-commerce business in the Qatar & Kuwait market. Additionally, a successful candidate should have a deep understanding of the local market, culture and regulations to effectively navigate the Qatar & Kuwait e-commerce landscape. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 15000-30000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Ecommerce Country Manager
- Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive online sales growth in the region.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, Customer Service, operations and logistics to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Along with Merchandising and marketing team, developing and executing online promotions, discounts. And campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
- Monitoring and analyzing online sales performance, customer feedback and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Developing and executing a growth strategy, managing relationships with partners and vendors.
- Handling logistics and customer service.
- Analyzing market trends to stay ahead of competition.
Requirements for Role of Ecommerce Country Manager
- Bachelors degree in business administration or a similar field.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role in the retail industry.
Skills And Knowledge Desired
- Having Kuwait & Qatar market exposure is a must.
- Strong understanding of digital and ecommerce metrics, conversion funnels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
