Admin Officer at JINS Nursery Sharjah Full-time

Jumeirah International Nurseries (JINS), part of Fortes Education, is seeking an Admin Officer for its Sharjah branch. JINS has been nurturing young children since 1981 and operates 9 nursery branches across Dubai and Sharjah delivering the EYFS curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage nursery administrative operations including enrolment and registration
• Handle parent enquiries, communications and correspondence
• Maintain student records, attendance and billing systems
• Support the nursery manager with scheduling and reporting
• Coordinate with Fortes Education head office on administrative matters

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in education
• Strong organisational and communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems
• Experience in a nursery or early years setting is an advantage

Salary and Benefits

• Tax-free salary: AED 5,000 – 8,000 per month
• Visa sponsorship and medical insurance
