Etoile Group is currently looking to hire a motivated candidate for the internship role of a Workplace Technology Trainee in Platinum Tower, Gold Tower,31st floor, Jumeirah Lake Towers, Dubai, UAE. This is an Entry level Internship job role. For this position salary ranges from 5000-10000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process.

Responsibilities of Workplace Technology Trainee

• Assist in IT Commercial Operations and administration.
• Develop block diagrams and flowcharts to represent operations and data flow for applications.
• Maintain and manage database: by inputting records and data.
• Manage your Stakeholders to ensure the provision of first class customer support.
• Maintain a close working relationship with other team members within Service Operations resolver teams.
• Prioritize and escalate problems based on the business impact and reported problems.
• Regularly report the status of the EUC operation.

Requirements for Role of Workplace Technology Trainee

• University Degree in IT.
• This is a temporary contract role for 6 months.
• Possess own or sponsored UAE residence visa.
• Experience in IT or related projects.
• Fresh candidates can also apply.
