Charterhouse is working with a leading Law Firm who are looking to hire an experienced Working Capital Controller to join their finance function. The firm has a great presence within the Middle East and are highly regarded across multiple disciplines within the region.

About the Role

• Playing a pivotal role overseeing multiple aspects of the revenue function and shall be responsible for producing WIP & UBT reports from the firms reporting hub.
• Working with Stakeholders and Partners to understand matters required for billing each month.
• Involved in general AR and credit control matters including producing reports and invoices, posting final bills, obtaining along with compiling back up documentation to ensure that the revenue department are billing clients effectively.

Requirements of Working Capital Controller

• 3-5 years of experience within a billing or revenue department in a UAE law firm.
• The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Exposure to 3E software would be advantageous.
• Fluent in English as this is a client-facing role.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results driven.
• Professional interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
• Should enjoy working in a team and be able to solve problems and resolve issues in an amicable manner.
• Should have interpersonal and delegation capabilities.
