Job Description

Join Khansaheb, a leading construction company, as a Welder on major building projects across the UAE. You will help build metal parts and structures, working with skilled teams to ensure safe and high-quality results. This is a full-time role reporting to the Site Supervisor or Project Manager.

Location & Work Type

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Construction sites across the UAE
  • Working Hours: Standard site hours, with possible overtime

Key Responsibilities

  • Welding and fitting metal parts for buildings and structures
  • Using welding tools like MIG (metal inert gas), TIG (tungsten inert gas), and arc welders
  • Reading simple blueprints and technical drawings
  • Checking and testing your welds to make sure they are strong and safe
  • Taking care of welding tools and keeping your work area clean
  • Working with other workers, like carpenters and masons
  • Following all safety rules at the job site

Requirements

  • Must-Have:
  • Experience with welding methods (MIG, TIG, arc)
  • Ability to read and understand basic blueprints or welding plans
  • Careful work and attention to detail
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors or in hot conditions
  • Able to speak and understand basic English for teamwork
  • Nice to Have:
  • Welding training certificate (like AWS or ASME)
  • 3+ years of experience in welding jobs or construction
  • Experience working on UAE construction sites
  • High school certificate or similar

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly Salary: AED 2,500 to 4,500 (based on experience)
