Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre is looking to hire suitably skilled and devoted candidate for role of Welcome Center Operator. The role holder will be responsible to take care of the guests by answering to all the calls in hotel’s Welcome Center. This vacancy was announced by the hotel on 3 January 2024. Responsibilities of Welcome Center Operator

• Greet, respond to requests and coordinate with other departments while providing exceptional service.
• Welcome Center is a One Stop Shop and you will be assisting the guests for all room service orders as well as responding to all their queries and requests
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience.
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay.
• Receive each guest call in a professional and friendly manner.
• Maintain effective communication with all related department to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectations.
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of the hotel and local services.
• Maintain an awareness of guest profile through the Opera guest profile system.
• Maintain the guest wake up call sheet and deliver calls accordingly on time and to the established standard.
• Ensure the proper operation of the switchboard, resulting in fast and efficient transferring of internal and external calls.
• Take messages for guests and management as per the required standard.

Requirements of Welcome Center Operator

The requirements of Welcome Center Operator are as under:

• High school diploma in the relevant field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in similar role for a 5 Star Resort in UAE.
• Prior experience working with Opera/Micros is Mandatory.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Being Multi-lingual i.e. Arabic / German/Russian / French languages would be a Plus.
• Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
• Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills.
