Job Purpose of A Welcome Ambassador

Create a welcoming and positive experience for visitors by providing assistance, information, and support as a Welcome Ambassador.

Job Duties of A Welcome Ambassador

• Ensures that main driveway looks immaculately clean at all times.
• Ensures that all guest are attended in time and avoiding potential complaints by acting pro-active and demonstrate a caring demeanour.
• Ensures to alert management in case of unusual high business volume and/or guest complaints.
• Ensure safe and secure working conditions for guests and colleagues.
• Adhere to all standards for welcome and farewell procedures.
• To be aware of all fire prevention and safety regulations and procedures at all times.
• To report all emergency calls immediately to the management.
• Manages the arrivals of large coaches and stretch.
• Handling guest complaints at highest service levels.
• Dealing with high profile guests.
• Perform all the other duties requested by the management.

Who Can Apply?

Qualification

• Secondary School degree or Diploma.

Experience

• 2 years’ experience in a five star hotel in the Middle East.
• Preferred previous experience as Doorman/Bell Attendant.
