Nestle is looking to hire an eCommerce Operations Webmaster Specialist in Dubai. The Role will be responsible for the continuous optimization of the B2C and OOH boutiques operations to deliver upon sales and customer satisfaction targets. Candidates desirous for this job are encouraged to apply.

Duties of Webmaster Specialist

  • Act as the eCommerce representative in all global and local projects’ definition and planning initiatives to ensure the efficacy and consistency of all experiences delivered on digital boutiques.
  • Ensure full alignment and effective activity planning with the identified eCommerce stakeholders in all relevant market’s teams.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Merchandising Coordinators and plan their activities according to the defined OP and OMP.
  • Ensure a seamless experience and optimized purchasing path from call-to-actions to landing pages.
  • Coordinate the definitions and integration of all customer journeys, product launches and digital campaigns into the content management system (copy, visuals, banners,) for both global and local campaigns.
  • Execute the eCommerce Project Porfolio and cascade actions to the eCommerce Merchandising coordinators.
  • Ensuring proper project management to cover in time and quality all project’s aspects, from pre-alignment with HQ counterparts and effort pre-assessment to local set-up, test, final publishing, and post-mortem analysis.
  • Define, Plan & Activate eMerchandising activities through cross-sell, up-sell & eCRM possible strategies.
  • Plan resources according to required Market Acceptance Tests (both front-end and back-end) in coordination with local IS stakeholders for all digital boutiques as per OP plan.
  • Coordinate and manage delivery of digital projects, leveraging & supporting external agencies to ensure timely delivery and quality of digital assets while aligning closely with technical & brand guidelines.

Additional Responsibilities for Role of Webmaster Specialist

  • Monitor the channel performance progress vs targets, with strong focus on sales performance, behavioral funnel analysis and customer satisfaction/NPS and for designing optimization recommendation built by leveraging key insights produced by the CRM team.
  • Define data driven A/B Test hypothesis for Online Customer Journeys and eMerchandising aimed at maximizing profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Work cross-functionally with experience designers, CRM, communications, legal, and business development on a rapid and iterative product development to seize new commercial opportunities external to the IS roadmap.
  • Increase visibility on technical opportunies outside of IS constraints, support product designers with agile solutions and development processes.
  • Manage bottlenecks, resolve escalations, anticipate, and make project & resource trade-offs, balance the business needs against technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building greater customer experiences.
  • All activities are pre-aligned, validated and planned with Local & HQ relevant stakeholders.
  • All content, legal terms & conditions are compliant with local laws and Nestle Nespresso guidelines.
  • All technical issues with digital boutiques are logged, monitored, followed, and escalated when need be according to Nestle Nespresso guidelines.
  • Monitor the yearly plan execution in cooperation with local and HQ eCommerce teams including campaigns integration, new features implementation and platform roll-out.
  • Participate in the roll-out of new personalized user experience in cooperation with CRM and eBusiness team.
  • Share best practice, monitor local competitive solutions and participate in the definition of tomorrow’s next generations of eCommerce solutions.
  • Monitor local eCommerce market’s standards and innovations to ensure our eCommerce Channel is at or exceeds the best customer experiences.
  • Build recommendations / business case studies to feedback and influence the HQ eCommerce roadmap evolution.

Qualification Requirements For Role of Webmaster Specialist

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant departments.
  • 3 years’ experience in web mastering / eCommerce platforms management (including mobile).
  • Strong experience in Website running (Content Management, Merchandising, A/B testing & personalization).
  • Experience in SEO optimization is must.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

  • Knowledge of Web Analytics & Tagging.
  • Understanding of the online acquisition activities and their impact on eCommerce sites.
  • Previous CRM experience is a plus.
  •  Strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, experience across multiple CM.
  • Google Analytics Certification is a plus.
  • Accuracy, reliability & vigilant attention to detail.

  • Interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
