Responsibilities of Web Designer / Graphic Designer

• Design and develop marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and social media graphics.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all materials.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and technologies to ensure that the company’s marketing materials are modern and effective.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of company images and graphics.
• Continuously evaluate and improve marketing strategies.
• Create and manage social media content.
• Create engaging and interactive presentations.
• Support other departments such as the recruitment department to create graphics for job posts as necessary.
• As a graphics designer, you are responsible for creating weekly posters and occasional videos, as well as posters for the Chairman of the company, in accordance with the specified requirements.
• Staying up to date with the latest design trends
• Manage your own workload to achieve team deadlines.

Requirements of Web Designer / Graphic Designer

•  A bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• 1 – 2 Years graphic designing experience and UX & UI experience.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
