Mashreq Bank is presently hiring suitably qualified and experienced candidate for the job role of Wealth Relationship Manager. The role holder is responsible to reach financial goals set for the role by the business as per annual and monthly financial targets, including x sell and up sell of products to customers, to existing and new to bank customers.

Responsibilities of Wealth Relationship Manager

  • Ensure clients are aware of all financial services offered by the bank.
  • Source new business from HNW Mashreq Gold individuals through referrals, marketing activities and personal contacts.
  • Enhance Mashreq Gold Balance sheet sales/ revenues and promote cross selling of bank products to all existing clients.
  • To provide Portfolio of HNW clients with personalized service so as to develop close relationships, achieve maximum profitable contribution for the client and the bank and retain their royalty and respect.
  • Maintain proactive client contact.
  • Minimize customer attrition.
  • Enhance market profile and awareness.
  • Safeguard the bank from potential loss / AML fraud / and ensure ethical behavior at all times during and after sales.
  • Maintain a superior customer service experience for clients including pre empting issues and proactive servicing.
  • Acquire New to Bank HNW clients.
  • Maximize profitability from the Gold base whilst countering competition from other providers offering alternative investments / WM opportunities.
  • Achieve Revenue Goals, sales and portfolio growth targets across a range of products and services.
  • Communicate with HNW client and identify their financial needs.
  • Optimize the potential value of the client base through the delivery of MG Products and Services.

Requirements of Wealth Relationship Manager

The requirements of Wealth Relationship Manager are as under:

  • University Graduate.
  • Minimum of 5-6 years experience in a similar job with another bank / financial services in the UAE
