Al Futtaim Group is actively seeking skilled individual to take on the role of a Watch Technician. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing customer service and repairing of Watches & Clocks.

Duties of Watch Technician

• Performing professional and technical repairs of Watches and Clocks.
• Achieving the Service Targets set.
• Giving technical estimate about authenticity and reparability of Watches.
• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of watches and timepieces to ensure their proper functioning and longevity.
• Responsible for conducting thorough inspections, identifying issues, and performing precision repairs and adjustments using specialized tools and equipment.
• Provide advice to customers on proper care and maintenance practices to optimize the performance and lifespan of their watches.
• Verifying and monitoring quality control checks
• Consolidating of technical issues
• Following up and managing technical documentation.

Eligibility Requirements

The eligibility requirements for role of a Watch Technician are as under:

• High School required.
• 3-4 years of previous experience in similar role.
