BFL Group is seeking highly organized and efficient Warehouse Team Lead to join their team. Candidate will play a critical role in coordinating the movement of goods, managing orders, and ensuring timely deliveries. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 5000-8000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Warehouse Team Leader

• Coordinate and prioritize order pickups and deliveries with transportation teams.
• Manage and allocate warehouse resources, including labor and equipment.
• Oversee and optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery rates and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Experience in retail logistics and mall delivery operations.

Requirements for Role of Warehouse Team Leader

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Candidates with experience in retail logistics and mall delivery operations are preferred; eCommerce logistics experience will not be considered.
