Warehouse Supervisor Khaleej times

Khaleej Times in presently hiring experienced  Warehouse Supervisor in Dubai, who are responsible for overseeing the general operations of a warehouse and its staff and who can handle the recording and maintaining of inventory, advising the imports received and items exported. They might also train new workers and ensure their performance is adequate.

Responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervising warehouse staff and daily activities.
• Managing, evaluating and reporting on warehouse productivity.
• Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining suitable inventory levels.
• Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
• Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
• Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
• Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
• Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
• Co-ordinate with Outbound clerk for route and resourse allocation, ensure delivery efficency as per the KPI’s.
• Complete DO/LT/IT on time.
• Co-ordinate with Merchandisers and principle company for receivng & Dispatching POSM.

Requirements of Warehouse Supervisor

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience of 1 – 2 Years as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Have good level of collaboration with colleagues.
