Responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor

• Organize all activities & assign jobs accordingly to warehouse staff.
• Supervise stock control, ensure storage, retrieval and timely delivery of goods, shipment loading & transferring, document recording and data entry into system.
• Planning, organizing and controlling of assigned Warehouses over-all operations.
• Constantly plan out warehouse resources and activities in relation to company objectives and set targets.
• Make plans to develop staff.
• Follow up & control daily absence / over time and inform the same to Supply chain Manager.
• Ensure that workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
• Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
• Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods aging report, manpower status report to Warehouse Manager.
• Follow up ERP program against with actual activities.
• Keeping of daily work log book.
• Improvement & development of warehouse.
• Ensure self and team conduct tasks in a safe manner in line with health and safety best practice.
• Improve business processes with the division manager.
• Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration.

Requirements for Role of Warehouse Supervisor

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in Ware Housing Operation.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Advanced MS Office.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills (English Language oral and written).
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work in a diverse and multicultural environment.
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to complete the assigned work within the stipulated time period.
• Sound understanding of Supply Chain & Logistics system.
