Responsibilities of Warehouse Supervisor

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals and targets.
Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements of Warehouse Supervisor

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Proven experience 2-5 years in warehouse operations and supervision, preferably in a distribution or logistics environment.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
