Al-Futtaim Group is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join Al Futtaim Automotive Division in Dubai. The Role is required to supervise and manage warehouse operational objectives by contributing information and recommendation to strategic plans and reviews. Duties of Warehouse Supervisor
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipment activities.
- Monitor and direct flow and/or movement of parts to ensure dock rotation and availability.
- Overseeing the proper processing of daily orders, spreading workload among the warehouse personnel and directing work groups including inbound loads.
- Ensure thorough training/cross-training of all warehouse personnel.
- Preparing and monitoring the methods used for unloading and loading, including proper safety handling procedures.
- Directing, auditing and confirming Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) methods based on Warehouse function.
- Ensuring that the warehouse and outside areas are kept clean and neat, depicting a professional image at all times. This includes assigning and delegating clean up zones as needed.
- Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe work environment.
Job Requirements For Warehouse Supervisor
Qualification
- Graduation in any discipline.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years in a supervisory position preferred.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- SAP EWM and Microsoft Office application skills.
- Understands inventory, warehousing and stocking procedures.
- Capable of writing instructions and documented procedures.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills.
