Warehouse Storekeeper Miral Experiences Abu Dhabi

Miral Experiences is presently hiring skilled and experienced candidate for job role of Warehouse Storekeeper at Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will physically executes the receiving, cleaning, storing, picking and distributing functions of the leisure facility’s Warehouse required by all departments.

Duties of Warehouse Storekeeper

• Receive and inspect all incoming materials or items and reconcile with purchase orders against the invoice.
• Record documents and track damages and discrepancies between orders received and approved purchase orders.
• Inspect quality of the received goods.
• Match and post all documents (invoices, requisitions, work orders, purchase orders and delivery notes).
• Ensure accuracy in material issuances to the end users.
• Organize stock and ensure all items received are in their respective storage location and arranged accordingly.
• Maintain and update all records and trackers.
• Spot check inventory in the Warehouses at regular intervals.
• Execute monthly and quarterly inventory stock takes and ensure that all the items are counted correctly in all locations.
• Maintain cleanliness in the Warehouse.
• Work together as a team to maintain required HACCP standards.

Eligibility Requirements for Role of Warehouse Storekeeper

The requirements for the job role of Warehouse Storekeeper are as under:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-year operational experience.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Fluent in English.
• Know basic of word, excel and outlook.
