Panarabia LLC seeks a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for a full-time, onsite role in Dubai. The position pays around AED 15,000 monthly, based on experience, with benefits tied to performance. Job Title

Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Dubai

Responsibilities

  • Run daily operations for receiving and storing goods.
  • Lead picking and packing to meet order deadlines.
  • Handle dispatch and track shipments out the door.
  • Guide warehouse staff to hit KPIs each shift.
  • Check safety and quality rules are followed.
  • Team up with sales and transport for better flow.
  • Update SOPs to handle more volume.
  • Spot bottlenecks and fix them quick.
  • Train new hires on tools and tasks.
  • Report numbers on stock and output.
  • Keep the warehouse clean and safe.
  • Manage inventory counts regularly.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.

Experience

3+ years in warehouse supervision, ideally in 3PL or e-commerce.

Skills

  • Strong leadership to motivate teams.
  • Quick problem-solving for daily issues.
  • Good at planning shifts and tasks.
  • Comfort with WMS software.
  • Clear communication across departments.

Knowledge

  • Basics of last-mile delivery.
