Warehouse Dispatch Team Lead BFL Group Dubai

BFL Group is seeking a highly organized and efficient Warehouse Dispatch Team Lead to join their team in TechnoPark, Dubai, UAE. Candidate will play a critical role in coordinating the movement of goods, managing orders and ensuring timely deliveries. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 6000-9000 AED/month.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prioritize order pickups and deliveries with transportation teams.
• Manage and allocate warehouse resources, including labor and equipment.
• Oversee and optimize warehouse operations, including receiving, storing and shipping.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as on-time delivery rates and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Requirements for Role of Warehouse Dispatch Team Lead

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
