Job Title

Warehouse Assistant II

Responsibilities

  • Sort and label incoming goods for storage.
  • Check shipments against records and spot damage.
  • Use forklifts to load and unload trucks.
  • Enter shipment data into cargo systems.
  • Pack items for shipping by air, sea, or road.
  • Handle special cargo like dangerous goods under IATA rules.
  • Keep work areas clean and equipment in shape.
  • Set up daily pick-up schedules and dispatch info.
  • Flag issues like misplaced shipments fast.
  • Help with inventory and order fulfillment.
  • Stick to safety and quality rules every shift.
  • Pitch in on admin tasks like shipment logs.

Requirements

Education

High school diploma or vocational/technical cert.

Experience

1-2 years in warehouse or logistics a plus.

Qualifications

  • Valid forklift license.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 kg.

Skills

  • Basic IT skills for warehouse systems.
  • Solid English for chatting with the team.
