Responsibilities of Waitress
- Prepare and serve food & beverage orders and provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following the hotels Standards of Performance.
- Responsible for the food hygiene and safety of the outlet by ensuring that all equipment’s are working properly and are trained to work safely with it.
- Perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.
- Assist in conducting monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
Requirements of Waitress
The requirements for the job role of Waitress are as under:
- High school diploma or certification in hospitality.
- 1+ years of experienced in operating the MICROS POS system
Skills and Knowledge Desired
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
- Previous relevant work experience.
- Fluency in English preferably Russian speaker.
