Responsibilities of Waiters/Waitresses

• Greet and escort customers to their tables with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Present menus and suggest seasonal or signature offerings to guests.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring attention to special requests or dietary restrictions.
• Serve food and drinks in a timely manner, aligning with company standards for presentation and service.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to coordinate order preparation and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash and electronic transactions with precision.
• Uphold health and safety regulations at all times, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

Requirements of Waiters/Waitresses

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional training or certifications in hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience of 1-2 years as a waiter/waitress or in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
