Responsibilities
- Best wishes to guests in a professional and inviting way.
- Take orders of food and drink correctly and efficiently.
- Provide menu suggestions and additional articles to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Provide timely delivery of food and drink while maintaining the quality of the service.
- Monitor the table settings and hygiene before and after service.
- Handle guest complaints and questions effectively.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards all the time.
- Support setup and distribution of food areas and service stations.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
Diploma or degree in hospitality or food and beverage service is preferred. Vocational training in hospitality is also acceptable.
Experience
Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
