Responsibilities of Waiter/Waitress

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Accurately record and communicate customer orders to the kitchen staff, ensuring prompt and precise service.
• Set up and maintain clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing dining areas, including clearing tables efficiently.
• Familiarize yourself with the menu to assist customers in making informed choices and answering any menu-related questions.
• Recommend additional items and upsell specials to enhance the dining experience and contribute to overall sales goals.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless coordination in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Requirements of Waiter/Waitress

• Minimum a High school certification or diploma in hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience of Less than 1 Year in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills for order processing and bill calculation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food and beverage applications.
