Responsibilities of Waiter/Waitress

Following are the responsibilities for the said job:

• Greet and seat guests.
• Present menus and provide recommendations.
• Take accurate orders using POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely food delivery.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns.
• Handle payments and provide excellent table service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements of Waiter/Waitress

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience of less than 1 year in a fast paced restaurant.

Job Skills & Knowledge

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
• Ability to handle stressful situations positively.
• Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
