Hotels/Restaurant sector in Dubai is hiring for the job role of Waiter/Waitress. The successful candidate is responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is entry level role who plays an key part in delivering hotel’s impression.

Duties of Waiter/Waitress

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
Present menus, provide recommendations, and take orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Process payments and operate the cash register in accordance with company procedures.
Upsell menu items and promote special promotions or events.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements of Waiter/Waitress

Certification or diploma in hospitality.
1-2 years of experience in similar role.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well in a fast paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and a focus on providing high quality service.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must be reliable, punctual, and dependable.
A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
