Responsibilities of Waiter/Waitress

• Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests and modifications are communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately, adhering to presentation standards and ensuring guests’ satisfaction.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly to requests for additional items, condiments, or refills.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
• Process payments accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and electronic transactions with professionalism and integrity.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Uphold high standards of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene at all times.

Requirements of Waiter/Waitress

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience of 1-2 years as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
