Responsibilities
- Set up dining stations and tables to satisfy the restaurant’s high standards.
- Greet visitors cheerfully, following Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental’s service guidelines.
- Present menus, provide recommendations, and accept orders with professionalism.
- Serve food and beverages quickly, delivering a wonderful visitor experience.
- Handle invoicing and payment operations properly and effectively.
- Keep buffet areas clean, tidy, and clear of clutter throughout serving.
- Clear tables and stations immediately to preserve a neat eating area.
- Coordinate the return of soiled linens to enhance operational flow.
- Assist culinary personnel in emptying and restoring buffet settings.
- Stay present in the restaurant during service hours to assist visitors.
- Report guest comments or concerns to the Assistant Restaurant Manager quickly.
- Attend briefings, communication meetings, and training sessions as necessary.

Requirements
Education
