Responsibilities of Waiter/Waitress

• Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Greet and seat customers, take orders, and address inquiries.
• Accurately relay orders to the kitchen and ensure correct delivery to tables.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to meet customer preferences.
• Set and clear tables efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
• Suggest menu items and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
• Upsell additional items when appropriate.
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Serve food and drink orders
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning

Requirements of Waiter/Waitress

• High school diploma; food safety training is a plus
• Previous experience of Less than 1 Year in a customer service role is beneficial but not required.
