Responsibilities of Waiter/Waitress Private Dining

• Provide knowledgeable, friendly, professional and efficient F&B Service to all guests ensuring maximum guest satisfaction in a manner consistent with Jumeirah standards.
• Maintain efficient workflow by adhering to the Sequence of Service and all timeframes and standards detailed in relevant SOPs in the F&B Standards Manual.
• Identify and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service (upselling, guest recognition, resort knowledge).
• Prepare outlet for service utilizing the checklist and as instructed through briefings.
• Maintain good knowledge of the menu to answer questions the guests may have.
• Accurately take & process orders.
• Serve & clear food and drinks within required timeframes.

Requirements for Role of Waiter/Waitress Private Dining

• Minimum a high school. Certification or diploma in hospitality is a plus.
• 2 years of restaurant experience in a 5-star hotel.

Skills & Knowledge Desired

• Fluent in English.
• Must possess interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of Food and Beverage applications.
• Good time management skills.
