Atlantis The Palm by Kerzner International Dubai is currently seeking suitable candidate for position of Waiter/Waitress. The job holder will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing excellent customer service to hotel guests in the dining areas.

Responsibilities of Waiter/Waitress

• As Waiter/Waitress at Atlantis Dubai, you will provide hands-on support and assistance to colleagues.
• to ensure that the highest levels of fine dining service and courtesy are provided to  guests, whilst delivering an exceptional standard of service.
• You will be familiar with the complete food and beverage menu, knowledgeable on all promotional activities.
• In addition to the above a priority of this role will be to closely monitor the consistency of food and beverage items.
• That are being served to ensure overall service quality, escalating any major problems or complaints to management.

Requirements of Waiter/Waitress

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in a 5 star hotel or restaurant and be comfortable working in outdoor environment.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• The ideal candidate must have a passion for hospitality.
• Comfortable working in outdoor environment.
• The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks.
• Have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clientele.
