Responsibilities
- Greetings and seats to guests in a professional and individual way.
- The current food and drink menu provides suggestions and takes accurate orders.
- Serve food and drink at all times and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain hygiene and hygiene standards in the service sector.
- Prepare the table before and after service including Miss-N-Place and Miss-N-Sein.
- Provide minimum food waste, breakdown and destroy the product.
- Monitor the quality and presentation of food and drink.
- Solve guest questions or complaints effectively and professionally.
- Promote up sales and thoughtful sales to increase the guest experience.
- Support the team members and contribute to a smooth operation.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education
Diploma or degree in Hospitality or relevant vocational training.
Experience
Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a high-volume restaurant setting is required.
