Role and Responsibilities of Visual Merchandiser

Conceptualize and execute visually appealing displays to showcase products and promotions in-store.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop cohesive visual merchandising strategies.
Utilize design principles and trends to create engaging and memorable retail experiences for customers.
Ensure that all displays adhere to brand guidelines and convey the desired message and image.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with store management to replenish merchandise as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor displays to inspire continuous improvement.

Requirements of Visual Merchandiser

A Bachelor’s degree in visual merchandising or in a related field is preferred.
Previous experience of 2-5 years in visual merchandising, retail design, or a related field is preferred.

Skills and Knowledge desired

Strong creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for composition, color, and layout.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
