Galadari Brothers Group is presently hiring qualified and experienced candidate for job role of a Visa Consultant. The selected candidate will be responsible to perform all administrative tasks in support of routine company operations. Duties of A Visa Consultant
- Provide administrative and customer service support for clients traveling.
- Process visa applications, both by mail and in person.
- Respond to client inquiries concerning the visa application process.
- Process visa applications from third party vendors.
- Perform final quality checks on visas received from the consulate, ensuring there were no errors.
- Prepare clients’ applications for submission to the VFS/consulate.
- Responsible for the arrangement of visas, timely submission and pick up of applications.
- Regularly liaise with various consulates or embassies as appropriate and arranged payment for visa procurement.
Elgibility Requirements
The eligibility requirements for role of a Visa Consultant are as under:
- Graduate.
- Minimum 5-7 Years of experience in UAE visa applications and other countries visa formalities.
Skills & Knowledge Desired
- Understands the importance of exceptional customer experiences and exceeding customers’ expectations.
- Computer Knowledge Word, Excel & Outlook.
- A confident communicator with proven persuasive and influencing skills.
- Positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Ability to really listen to the customer, quickly identify their needs and think ahead to anticipate them.
