VIP Sales CAFU Dubai

CAFU is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused VIP Sales to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent sales and customer service skills who can engage with premium customers and upsell their premium range of tyres, batteries, and engine oil services to start with. This is a remote role and offers a fully commission-based compensation structure, providing unlimited earning potential for top performers. This is an Intermediate level full time Remote Job. And salary can range between 6000-13000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of VIP Sales

• Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with premium customers, understand their automotive needs, and recommend the most suitable tyres, batteries, and engine oil products and services.
• Upselling and Cross-Selling: Promote high-value products and premium services to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
• Consultative Selling: Provide expert advice and tailored recommendations, educating customers about the benefits of premium products and services.
• Order Management: Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfilment and exceptional customer experience.
• Market Insights: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, premium product offerings, and competitor activities to remain an expert in the field.
• Performance Reporting: Track sales performance and report results to the management team regularly.

Requirements for Role of VIP Sales

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 2 years experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in the automotive sectors.
• Must be based in UAE.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• Knowledge of tyres, batteries, and engine oils is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to upsell and close deals effectively.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently under a commission-based structure.
