Job Description

Vigilance and Quality Analyst at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is responsible to support the identification, assessment and mitigation of potential risks and ongoing/intermittent reviews to ensure any irregularities or anomalies are reported to management and the division operates within the banks policies, procedures and guidelines.

Responsibilities of Vigilance & Quality Analyst

  •  Risk Management: Support the identification, assessment and mitigation of potential risks.
  • Support ongoing reviews of ‘increased risk’ client take on documentation from a due diligence perspective.
  • Quality Analysis: Support intermittent reviews to ensure relationship managers understand and are adhering to the compliance requirements.
  • Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures. Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carry out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Self Management: Manage self in line with the bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.

Requirements of Vigilance & Quality Analyst

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field like finance, accounting, risk management, or business administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking, with experience of process, ‘know your customer’ (KYC) and compliance related matters.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

  • Analytical, negotiation, decision making, influencing and problem solving skills.
  • Microsoft Office (Word; Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Written and spoken English.
