Responsibilities of Vice President & Digital Product Owner Conversational Banking

• Envision, prioritize and build innovative experiences involving Conversational AI & Gen AI to shape the future of customer chat through our Digital Channels.
• Shape the product vision, build a roadmap for specific customer journeys, aligning it with the overarching business strategy.
• Identify use cases, produce detailed requirements and create user story maps.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional units including developers, data scientists, engineers, and designers, to translate the product vision into epics, features and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on market feedback, customer insights and business value.
• Engage with the development team to strategize, execute, and oversee product development sprints.
• Continuously evaluate product performance, scrutinize user behavior, collect feedback, comprehend pain points and validate proposed solutions to ensure customer centric product development.
• Serve as the champion of Conversational AI global best practices within RAKBANK.

Requirements of Vice President & Digital Product Owner Conversational Banking

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in digital product development.

Skills and Knowledge Desired

• Established track record as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Conversational AI solutions & platforms, either all the way from selection (through RFP process) to a user; or just as a user.
• High analytical and technical acumen along with strong business sense.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
