Veterinary Advisor Nestle Dubai

As a Regional Veterinary Advisor at Nestle in 3rd Floor, Dubai World Central HQ Building Near New Al Maktoum International Airport, Dubai, UAE, candidate will be based at their Dubai headquarters in the UAE and report to the MENA Veterinary Commercial Manager. In this role, job holder will have a significant impact on their partnerships with veterinary clinics, hospitals and universities. Candidate is responsible for driving the commercial, strategic and executional agenda for Purina’s Specialist channel. Additionally, candidate will play a key role in supporting our MENA VET business. This involves continuously developing, accelerating and driving advocacy, reputation and recommendation of the Purina brand within the MENA VET channel. This is an Intermediate level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-20000 AED/month.

Responsibilities of Veterinary Advisor

• As a Veterinary Advisor, you will promote Pro Plan Veterinary Diet® product line
• Grow the Purina Veterinary business by using innovative sales and marketing concepts to achieve assigned goals in all key measures
• Work cross-functionally with regional teams, distributor channel & counterparts across the region
• Contributing to the yearly activation plan aligned with the overall business strategy,  and securing local activations and timings.
• Orchestrating Online & Offline activations.
• Administrating the expense budget in alignment with the Specialist Channel and MENA Veterinary Commercial Manager.
• Providing support to their VET business, including analyses and campaign follow-up.
• Influence with integrity by identifying each clinic’s business needs & then leveraging consumer insights and trends to support your recommendations.

Requirements for Role of Veterinary Advisor

• A degree in Veterinary Medicine is preferable, and experience working in a veterinary clinic is highly desirable.
• 2+ years experience in a similar role will give you a competitive edge.
• Experience in the pet food and/or veterinary industry will be highly valued and give you a competitive edge.

Skills And Knowledge Desired

• A strong commercial mindset and understanding of the Middle-East vet market.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, is essential.
• Strong communication and cooperation skills are crucial for effective knowledge-sharing and cross-functional teamwork.
• Thriving in a fast-paced environment, you have the ability to turn strategies into actionable tactics and execute them locally.
• Fluency in English is a must, and proficiency in Arabic.
