Job Description
As a Vessel Administrator in Noatum Maritime at Abu Dhabi Ports, candidate will play a critical role in managing – Coordinate and manage the supply of provisions, stores, and services to vessels. Supporting the smooth operation of vessels and ensuring the success of the ship agency’s operations. Ensure the efficient and cost-effective supply of provisions, stores, and services to vessels, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, compliance with regulations, and adherence to company policies and procedures. This is an Intermediate level full time role. For this position salary ranges from 5000-9000 AED, which may be slightly negotiable during the interview process. Responsibilities
- Coordinate supplies for vessels, including food, water, fuel, and other supplies.
- Arrange for delivery of stores and spare parts.
- Manage logistics, including transportation and storage.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Communicate with vessels, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements for Role of Vessel Administrator
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in vessel operations, shipping, or maritime administration.
