Duties of Vendor Performance Lead

Ensures thorough analysis is in place that clearly illustrating demand
management opportunities.
May have responsibility for interaction with a single vendor within a limited service area or coordinate a limited part of a larger contract.
Has limited impact on business continuity.
Provides relevant support on defined issues for contract and vendors.
Escalation point for issue and risk management.
Coordinates contract overviews and contract life cycle.
Monitors vendor performance according to SLAs/KPIs.
May contribute to service optimisation efforts.
Contributes through application of expertise and knowledge.
