Job Purpose of A Vendor Ecosystem Lifecycle Officer At ADIB
Leading Vendor Management related duties to ensure an active and robust vendor ecosystem which will add value to ADIB from a revenue growth and risk reduction perspective.
Duties of A Vendor Ecosystem Lifecycle Officer At ADIB
- Validate ADIB vendor registration requirements to ensure pertinent questions are requested and data points validated.
- Identify new ‘cool’ vendors that can support ADIB to disrupt by entering new markets and launching new products.
- Drive adoption of AI and Machine Learning into registration process to enable ADIB to leap.
- Digitalize lifecycle infusing analytics and recommendations.
- Accelerate TAT for all aspects of registration and risk review.
- Deploy fit for purpose risk software to ensure ADIB risks can be mitigated or managed.
- Accelerate Sanction checks at the time of new vendor registration and on annual basis, engage with Compliance Leaders to enable leap.
- Drive Vendor risk assessment analysis and provide analytics and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to execute risk reduction activities.
- Generate reports that enable ADIB to enable incremental enhancements in CSR initiatives.
- Conduct data cleansing on ADIB supplier data and bank details.
- Drive RCSA and KRI requirements on quarterly basis.
- Solution trade license expiry and renewals of the Vendors with connectivity to relevant Government entity.
- Conduct remittance ID update based on bank details for vendors in coordination with ITD & FCD & ICD.
- Identify Service Improvement Programs and drive adoption with quantifiable value.
- Position and drive new vendors to ADIB financial services.
- Review recommended SRM Vendors and confirm commitment to participate in SRM activities.
- Automate VMCP customer care mailbox.
- Where required liaise with OEM to provide resolution on network issues.
- Lead trainings, liaising with OEM enablement team.
- Enable vendors to self-service and drive Kaizen activities.
- Lead frequent effective communications internally and externally to vendors to drive TAT.
- Drive adoption of digitalization of lifecycle.

- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
Experience
- 3-5 years of previous proven experience.
