Vaccine Account Manager at AstraZeneca in Dubai Science Park Complex 1, Al Barsha, Al Barsha South, Dubai, UAE will successfully manage Vaccine Innovative Projects across the assigned territory/region through engagement with relevant internal & external stakeholders, delivering patient focused projects/ campaigns tailored for accounts and HCPs, co-designing tailored activities for driving patients flow for vaccination, negotiating deal while assessing accounts needs & ensure expedited access in key accounts. The candidate will also assist Franchise head & FLSL in overseeing successful design & implementation of commercial strategies to deliver performance through End-To-End solutions driven approach to account management. Based in UAE, responsible for UAE and supporting other Gulf countries. Reports directly to V&I Franchise head. This is a Senior level full time job. And salary can range between 10000-25000 AED/month.
Responsibilities of Vaccine Account Manager
- Deliver commercial strategy, develop and implement solutions to increase vaccination in key accounts.
- Lead educational activities/campaigns in partnership with health authorities/ key account to increase awareness among HCPs and patients.
- Promote vaccination advocacy by HCP and key stakeholders according to brand strategy and in alignment with brand teams.
- Plan and execute patient mobilization activities with stakeholders and key accounts in alignment with brand strategy.
- Share market insights and account dynamics, communicate the same to the brand team, to co-design tailored strategy.
- Prioritize efforts & resources based on market segmentation & targeting of assigned territory
- Track product availability and shelf-life at account level with supply chain and key account teams
- Implement innovative and digital health solutions with health authorities & key accounts.
- Maximize the vaccines uptake in the national programs & protocols.
- Ensure operational excellence through monitoring the procurement process and implementing effective tracking.
- Review product performance monthly and advise brand teams. Develop and execute territory business plan aligned to commercial strategy.
- Manage forecasting process in alignment with the key account & supply teams.
- Work closely with Franchise Head & tender team in managing Tenders submission/ awardation
- Support marketing team in specific tasks & implement annual operational plan, including new campaigns development and implementation based on market needs with medical & regulatory approvals.
- Stakeholders’ management: Develop and implement plans for stakeholders’ development & engagement in alignment with Franchise ambition.
- Report on the status of implementation of the tactical plan to internal customers.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements for Role of Vaccine Account Manager
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry in Gulf/ UAE market.
- At least 2 years Vaccines market experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Key account management, Sales management, or Market access experience.
