UX/UI Specialist/ Design Lead Charterhouse Dubai

Responsibilities of UX/UI Specialist/ Design Lead

• This role will give work on multiple projects across the business from POC, B2B projects and B2C projects.
• The UX/UI Specialist will be working in a cross functional team with members based across the Middle East.
• The design team works in a fast-paced environment and the designers are usually managing multiple projects.
• The team is currently working on Web and mobile design projects and have a lot of exposure to strategic projects in addition to working closely with the senior members of the business.

Requirements of UX/UI Specialist/ Design Lead

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Design, Arts, Computer Science or any related field.
• 3+ years’ experience and exposure to agency background would be a bonus
• Experience with the following tools including AdobeXD, Figma, Miro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or similar tools.
• While applying to this role, candidates will need to share an up-to-date portfolio.

Skills and Abilities Desired

• Proactive and have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English are essential for this position.
