Job Description

Etihad Airways is presently hiring UX/UI Designer to join their Digital & eCommerce function, with particular focus on revolutionizing the digital user experience for their guests. The role holder will research, ideate, design and implement the best digital experience for customers on digital platforms aligned with Customer Experience and Brand positioning.

Responsibilities of UX/UI Designer

  • Design and deliver a Digital Experience implementation focusing on improving channel relevance and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous benchmark and research for best-in-class Digital Experience.
  • Ability to carry out user research & summarise findings to present to senior management.
  • Sketching, wireframing, visual designing and creating hi-fidelity interactive prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers & other stakeholders to understand requirement and goals.
  • Act as a lead within their global Digital Experience team, with potential management opportunities, and working cross-functionally to drive and innovate the user experience moments that make a difference.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design & Implementation of Digital Experience.
  • Drive Research and benchmark to improve Digital Experience.
  • Prototype User Interface for Implementation teams.
  • Integrate Copy and Creativity on digital touchpoints.
  • Build user journeys based on data and digital simplicity.
  • Build and maintain web and app design systems.

Eligible Requirements

The eligibility requirement for role of UX/UI Designer are as under:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 4 years work experience as UX UI Designer.
  • Airline experience is preferred but not mandatory.
